Cannot load lernstickWelcome into Netbeans #1

Hello,
I'm trying to import lernstickWelcome into Netbeans to add some programs but I get an error message that multiple files are missing.
Following things are missing:
lernstickTools Maybe https://github.com/imedias/lernstickTools?
unix.jar
dbus.jar
hexdump.jar
Please include a README how to build and use lernstickWelcome.

I've tried to build the new pull request (#2) and was in some aspects successful. To make my life easier I've created a README.
This is currently WIP (https://gist.github.com/THS-on/404eb2076d5c24123de6c88ecaa1ece1)
There are more things to add for example hotwo add an application or build on non Debian/Lernstick systems.
