Time tracking

• Team member whose work time should be tracked creates new issue with title Time tracking for period.
• This issue is put into In Progress column.
• Time spent working on any issue should be added as a comment to the issue in the format: devtime: 1.25 or testtime: 1.25 where for example 1.25 is 1 hour and 15 minutes and 0.5 is 30 minutes.
• All issues worked on in the period should be linked to the Time tracking for period issue.
• To request payment total time spent in the period should be calculated based on sum of time specified in all linked issues. Total should be added in the comment. Issue should be assigned to Alex.
• Alex checks time spent and organizes payments.
• Time tracking issue is closed when payments finalized.
