Ledger Live Version and Operating System

  • Ledger Live 1.0.1
  • Platform: windows 7 enterprise SP1

Expected behavior

I got an incoming transaction on a BTC account that already has more than 60 confirmations, verified on external web explorers and on Ledger Chrome App

Actual behavior

Ledger live app says "Not confirmed (0)" since more rthan 10 hours

Same problem here. Always stays unconfirmed

Can you try to "Clear Cache" (settings > Help) to see if it helps? I suspect it's just a cache issue, we don't refresh the operations and one is probably set to blockHeight:null

is the operation faded out in the operation list?

This seems to fix it indeed. I will let you know if it happens for new transactions.

Clearing cache actually works, thanks!
I think this is something that has to be fixed though.
