What this PR does / why we need it:
优化在移动端下
:hover的粘着性问题。在移动端下:hover会在点击之后一直持续，直到点击另外一个位置。这与宽屏状态下的表现不符，故而会导致播放器在点击之后将会持续在:hover状态下。see #493
