This issue combines the ideas of #450, #524, and #623, yet with a key difference: I would propose NOT to filter at the level of the calculation setup, but at the level of LCA results.
Thus, the idea of checkboxes to include/exclude reference flows, impact categories, and scenarios, should be realized WITHIN the LCA Results tab.
I would see this as a first tab in LCA results, which could be called "overview" or "LCA setup". This tab would look basically like the "Calculation Setup" tab, but additionally include checkboxes for filtering. Then it probably needs an update button to update the figures and tables in the other LCA Results tabs to the selected items.

Alright, clear. I suggest we also include pt2 from #623 (but then also in this new 'overview' tab instead of in calculation setup):
2 - LCA Setup Custom names
A 'name' column could be added in the LCA setup Reference flows: table. These names (if present) could then be used in the Figures and Tables in the LCA results instead of the long piped names we currently have ( product | process | location | database ).
