Yes, the feature request is related to enhancing user interaction and support on our platform. Currently, users may find it challenging to navigate the website and get instant support for their queries. Adding a chatbot will help address this issue by providing real-time assistance and improving overall user experience.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like to integrate a chatbot into our website. The chatbot should be capable of answering frequently asked questions, guiding users through different sections of the site, and providing support for common issues. Ideally, it should use natural language processing to understand and respond to user queries effectively. Integration with our existing support system to escalate issues to human support agents when necessary would also be beneficial.
