Fixed how maximum constraint limits are satisfied. Instead of generating puzzles randomly and checking each to see whether they meet the constraint limits, LogikGen will now attempt to modify a puzzle's list of constraints - deleting any constraints which exceed predefined limits and replacing them with new constraints of different types.

Bugfix. When generating small puzzles using few strategies, the displayed progress would update too frequently and cause the UI to become unresponsive.
