Fix shared_memory issue with cast (openvinotoolkit#2834)

### Changes

- Fixed shared memory warnings issue.
- Reverted cast for data type while creating constant.

### Reason for changes

- Leftover from openvinotoolkit#2307.
- Bugfix.
