• Bug with ToDo's fixed
  Using a file as source that still contained ToDo's led to weird behavior.
  Lines marked as ToDo are now correctly recognized. The translated line in the target file will stay untouched and marked as new.
  Use the save menu of the target file to create new ToDo IDs in the end.

• Lines in the source file marked as ToDo are not marked as removed anymore
  No work is lost here and nothing can be gained from those, so why check them.

• Whole sections in the source file can now be marked as checked
  Just select the section line and click the check mark button (or CTRL + Left)

• Minor bugs fixed and performance improved

Some bugfixes, mainly for persistance between sessions.
You can save now and reopen the same files and continue working on them.

Should be stable enough now to work with.
