Thanks for the contribution @rahulkumarsingh73690 :) To be honest, I don't see how that addition fits into this section. The paragraph is about describing what PostCSS is and does and gives an example of a popular library being build with PostCSS. Providing an additional link to a web compiler of Autoprefixer seems out of place.

If you think this does not make sense then I am closing this PR. I thought it would be great if users can try how autoprefixer works without installing it.

Hello @rahulkumarsingh73690, and thank you for your pull-request. In practice, I’m not necessarily against adding additional information if we deem it valuable. That being said, I typically do not wish to update the English version of Sass Guidelines outside without bumping a version, as it makes maintaining the translation more difficult. So if we were to consider this change, it would be for v1.4.
