New programs:

ftp-get - to get files from ftp server
ftp-put - to put files to ftp server
ftpServer - ftp server!

Also added support for FTP to SSAP!

Check server-application ssap-ftp-server.lua!

• bbs.lua - working Bulletin Board System, should be put into /lib/bbs.lua. Dont forget to change application to bbs in /bin/ssapServer.lua!

To install client: copy all files from Client folder into your OC computer.
To install node: copy all file from Node folder into your OC computer (Duh).
