Currently not possible because we don't really differentiate approval from signature refresh

We could imagine introducing a new status like to-refresh, which would just recompute the signature without copying records from/to source/preview/collection.

But that would mean, for example, that the status could go from work-in-progress → to-refresh → (signature computed, no records change) → work-in-progress
