The ZKCollectionViewFreezeLayout extends UICollectionViewLayout.
Support both Horizontal and Vertical scroll direct.
Can set freeze coloums numbers and rows numbers.
To run the example project, clone the repo, and run pod install from the Example directory first.
The example codes looks like.
