Version 3.2 of LICSS

Note that that this build (3.2.0) was updated on 5 May 2016 to correct a problem with Java 8 (64bit) in which LICSS prompted for JDK installation: this is no longer necessary for successful operation

You can also try the latest build (3.2.1). This has been updated to use the latest version of the CDK and also has improvements to the SmilesTransform function. This version has not been widely tested yet so should be regarded as in development
