Update to LICSS to use latest CDK snapshot (1.5.14). In particular, v3.3 uses structure rendering from the CDK rather than JChemPaint (many thanks to John May for necessary recoding). Also updated to latest version of Opsin (2.1.0).
In practice, structure rendering should be substantially cleaner than v3.2 particularly in respect to atom overlap.
LICSS 3.3.1 differs from 3.3.0 only in that the NamesToSmiles function has been pointed at the new web address for the NIH Structure conversion server.
Owing to Microsoft security policies, to get LICSS 3.3.x working with Office 365 after installation you will need to:
- Copy the three DLLs: CdkInterfaceDll.dll, jace.dll and boost_thread.dll
from C:\Services\LICSS-3.3\lib32 to your SysWOW64 directory (usually
C:\Windows\SysWOW64; you will need admin privilege to do this) - Copy the 6 jar files in C:\Services\LICSS-3.3 into C:\Windows (ie one level up from the SysWOW64 folder, again you will need admin permission to do this)
