Folder name changes in DocTypes is not captured

When you rename a folder in the content type tree, uSync doesn't capture this change and update the stored config files.

uSync doesn't actually sync the folders it syncs the items in the folders, this is because folders are real (well they are - but they behave a little differently).

uSync actually does listen for Contain save events, but these (rightly or wrongly) are not actually fires when you rename a folder - instead a folder 'rename' even is fired. (you could argue this does cause a save and a save should also be fired but 🤷 )

so as a fix - we need to also listed for the rename events.
