Add Events for bulk actions (e.g starting/completing an import) so people can trigger on them, and do things they may want to before and after the import

Events:

  • ImportStarting
  • ImportComplete
  • ReportStarting
  • ReportComplete
  • ExportStarting
  • ExportComplete
