When you have an apostrophe in your tab name, reporting that tab name as a change will cause a reporting error.

e.g

"Reporting error '/Tabs/Tab[Caption = 'What's New Content Block']' has an invalid token."

reason:
The XPath used for selecting the tab to check for changes - should be escaped
