New: Add warning when back office is running as a replica #220

The Umbraco docs strongly recommend you do not run the back office load balanced. (https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/getting-started/setup/server-setup/load-balancing/#faqs) but you can.

Running uSync in a load balanced environment can cause issues because between requests the server can change and the folders uSync reads / writes to.

We should add a warning as a minimum to tell people we have detected that the back office is load balanced.
