Proper nonce fix

Remove account-wide nonce

Now that we have per-message nonces we can remove the account-wide one.

Nonce fix

Emergency workaround for message send failures.

This is a temporary workaround for #182, which, unfortunately, brings #7
back. This will have to do until a proper fix is ready.
