Remove > in terminal samples to allow copy+paste #18

What problem does it solve?

Users need to remove the > or chevron symbol from the Getting Started section if they are pasting into terminal.

How does it solve it?

This is a "Qualify of Life" change that removes friction of getting started by allowing users to simply copy+paste the clone commands into their terminal. This is also consistent with most Github codebases. For added consistency, the > was also removed from one-line code blocks in README.md.
