v1.3.5.b - Possible Fix for Screen Glitch Issue

This release is intended to test whether the latest screen glitch issue stems from upstream. There are no major fixes or updates in this release besides an updated Marlin source. If you have encountered the issue please try this and see if it solves the problem.
