Is it possible to set different proxy to every account?

You can use several ASF instances in this case, one per each web proxy you need.

Keep in mind following quote from configuration page of our wiki:

Right now ASF uses web proxy only for http and https requests, which do not include internal Steam network communication done within ASF's internal Steam client.
