when trying to access accounts inventory or anyones inventory this error. all accounts are blocked. waited several hours and inventory still blocked. |

If you're using Otherwise, ASF bots normally fetch only their own inventory, which is not rate-limited. If you're using any third-party plugins, that might be the reason, since they perhaps fetch other inventories than your own. If neither of that is true, that is, you're not using |

where is MatchActively set? in the account config? I don't see it in the ASF config file or the acct config files. I have no plugins. no cards are idling. trades, que in ASF seems to work. but steam has decided no one from my IP can access inventory. very strange. |

I do not have TradingPreferences defined in configs. so it should be default 0: none |

MatchActively
and you're on stable release, then that's the reason, Valve permanently put rate-limits and broke it, it was resurrected with completely different approach in upcoming release.Otherwise, ASF bots normally fetch only their own inventory, which is not rate-limited. If you're using any third-party plugins, that might be the reason, since they perhaps fetch other inventories than your own.
If neither of that is true, that is, you're not using
MatchActively
