Problem with auth2 on linux #2623
-
Hello, I have a problem in setting up ASF, the problem is that I am a linux user and setting up and running it is all the more complicated, the tutorial I have read it is true I have done but the real tutorial how to do it in linux is not here, or is but only partially. And on youtube there was only one tutorial how to set up ASF in linux, but it's just terminal commands. I did find a download file for ASF-linux-x64 so I used this one. So far it worked fine and I have set up everything I need, but the problem that arose is that it wants me to authenticate via steam phone and enter a code, but I don't know where to enter the code because it doesn't start the terminal via (executable file ArchiSteamFarm). I understand that the ASF is run through that executable file and that this will start the CMD like in windows. But how do I do this in Linux Arch if I have a terminal there and I have to enter the code into the terminal? Just when I'm in linux and I run the executable file the terminal doesn't start but it's already running and then I can go to the control panel. When I run the bot I created. It asked me for the auth2 code, but I had nowhere to enter it. Could someone please advise me how and where to enter the auth2 code to confirm authentication. Whether it's terminal or another application I can't do without a tutorial which isn't even on youtube. Just simple instructions and which are in order OS: Linux Arch |

.That's all. Alternatively, you can run
Headless: true
and input details in ASF-ui.
