This PR aims to update AbstractSDRs with

  • Support to new UHDBinding version (with artifact, UHD4, ...)
  • Adding scanning function to have information on connected devices
  • Adding send mode for AdalmPluto @ AbstractSDRs side
  • Adding strong test system with the comon API
  • Refactor file hierarachy. We now have accessors (to get radio parameters), mutators (to update radio config) and specific backend folder.
