If a path doesn't exist, mkpath returns it:

julia> @show mkpath("frizz")
mkpath("frizz") = "frizz"
"frizz"

However, if the path already exists, it doesn't:

julia> @show mkpath("frizz")
mkpath("frizz") = nothing
