This commit adds a grunt-build-chain. Calling ```grunt``` will create the distribution-files from the source-files. The ```dist```-folder contains the scripts ready to implement.
Now you can call ```./node_modules/grunt-cli/bin/grunt``` after a ```npm install```. No need for a locally installed bower-binary any more. So to generate the dist-files you'll have to 1. Checkout the repository 2. Call ```npm install``` (You need to have ```npm``` installed) 3. Change the source-files 4. Call ```./node_modules/grunt-cli/bin/grunt``` 5. The new dist-files are available in the dist-folder.

This PR adds a build-chain to the repository based on NPM.
The repository layout has slightly changed.

Now you can call
