This PR updates
actions-toolkitto2.0.0. There are a couple of breaking changes, outlined in this release. Right now I'm using the@betatag until we're all set with the 2.0.0 release - and I'm using this as a way to validate the upgrade steps and make sure that its all good.Follow along: JasonEtco/actions-toolkit#62.
