Simple rating website similar to facemash.com (just with dogs) Runs on MySQL Server

For setup follow these steps:

1. Deploy all files to htdocs directory of an apache webserver
2. Create MySQL database using the db.sql file
3. Edit the database connection configuration in config.php
4. Start Webserver and navigate to location in browser
