this commit adds support for Gitpod.io, a free automated dev environment that makes contributing and generally working on GitHub projects much easier. It allows anyone to start a ready-to-code dev environment for any branch, issue and pull request with a single click.

I am in the need to do remote development (because my current machine is not powerful enough). JetBrains offers remote development. Since a few weeks, it also integrates with Gitpod. With this PR, this should be seamlessly possible.
I will go ahead in merging as I need to check that it really works in
main.It should be "easily" possible to open JabRef in GitPod by accessing https://gitpod.io/#https://github.com/JabRef/jabref.
Note that GitPod is now using VS Code (https://www.gitpod.io/blog/cloud-ide-history).
CHANGELOG.mddescribed in a way that is understandable for the average user (if applicable)
