Show logs not only in log-file but also inside JabRef help > event log

How to reproduce:

1. Check logfile in Linux: $home/.cache/jabref/logs/version, Windows: %APPDATA%\..\Local\harawata\jabref\version\logs, Mac: Users/.../Library/Logs/jabref/version
2. Check help > event log inside JabRef

Result:
There is log in the former, but not in the latter.

Solution:

Show log also in JabRef help > event log

Additional Info:

Before #8791 was implemented, it was possible to see the log in help > event log.
