1.12 to 1.13 v1.0.1

Added a GUI that pops up when the tool is done, telling you how much it has done.
Also fixed some errors
The changes.json also got an update.

It is recommended to launch this trough the console to get some feedback while the updater is running
and see when it's finished.

Initial Stuff,
just a few lines in the changes.json
needs further work.

You need to launch the jar from command line as you need to put the locations in.
The Changes location is asking for the path to the changes.json (for example: "C:/users/.../dekstop/changes.json")
And the other one is asking for the path of the Minecraft folder within your resource pack
(for example: "C:/.../assets/minecraft/"
