  • Created Visual Studio solution and project with python command to compile (pylint) and build using python scripts. Deploy path is a first argument passed to run_build.py. If used as VS command, it can be set as OCTGN_PATH env variable.
  • thanks to pylint, many other issues were identified and fixed plus some other reported problems.
  • fixed lowball high card tie breaking
  • some refactoring
