The iSantePlus and OpenMRS FHIR2 modules have diverged a bit due to modifications required for OpenCR capability, implemented in two main commits:

842c3bd
d81d79d

In order to clean up this mess, we should consolidate the required changes into one PR and apply it to the current version of the FHIR2 module, which has all the other changes implemented.
