fix crash when playback bag file which caused by memory misalignment

I rollback the local master/development branch of my forked repo, then synced with upstream's 2.16.3 master/development branch, then updated the remote master/development branch of my forked repo; then created a new work branch from master branch for this PR.

this issue will occurred every-time when playback local bag file.
