more decentralised the better :). I remember we had plans for a commitee this will at least be better while we move towards a full autonomous system. And how will this effect runtime upgrades or other important root functions? |

We already have the required pallets in place to achieve democracy, I've tested root level commands using it e.g. scheduling a contribution round and it works The plan is we implement this in Rococo over the next 2 weeks and once we are happy move it to kusama |
