Summary / Context

These are the design files for a Pick & Place Magnetic Nozzle intended to be used with the 3DLC1005 Nema8 Tool Mount (Thanks Karl) on the FirePick Delta. The Magnetic holder idea came after watching this video. A magnet on the extender so that the nozzles can be automaticly changed. Also it has to be made from metal (machined) so it has an air tight seal and doesnt wear to quick.

Parts needed

• 1x NEMA 8 Hollow Shaft stepper (robotdigg.com)

• 1x Top Extender piece

• 1x Bottom Extender Piece

• 1x Magnet 10mm x 1mm : hole 5mm

• 1x Axial Seal 5.00 (o.d) 0.5 (c/s)

• 2x Axial Seal 4.29 (o.d) 0.5 (c/s)

• 4x M1.6x5 headless

• 4x M2x5 panhead

• 1x M8 spacing ring

• Nozzle(s)

Software

Sadly no opensource software was used. Parts were made with Autocad Inventor 2015
