Create a demo with conditional row selectors - have row selectors only for certain rows or disable row selectors for some of them.

This will be done as a demonstration of the new IgniteUI/igniteui-angular#4998 feature.

@shubhamghormade19, we are about to work on a feature Custom template for row selection checkbox IgniteUI/igniteui-angular#4998 and will take that into account. We will update you on any progress.
