Hi Sonia,

Thanks again for meeting with us in October, and apologies for the delay following up with you all. The internal planning process at Emory has moved even slower than I initially expected given our February 1 drop dead date for access to the UNC Dataverse.

We’re currently building our case for choosing Option 2, per the attached quote that UNC provided us with their transition options. Would you also be able to provide an estimate of how much it would cost for your team at Harvard to work with the UNC team to receive our current Emory Dataverse collection? Is there any additional information you would need from Emory or UNC to provide the estimated cost and a general timeline?

See attached proposal:

Best,

Jen
