Ability to identify the ORF1ab mutations as mutations of the individual functional proteins

Feature Request

ORF1ab is the polyprotein that is split into the individual functional proteins, e.g. nsp6.
Add a way to additionally identify the ORF1ab mutations as mutations of the individual functional proteins.

Motivation

This would be helpful for potential users, as one can then immediately see if a mutation possibly affects an important function.
