Language problems running the July proposed R-Instat

@lloyddewit In the Climatic > Prepare > Summary dialog I get the following problem in Russian. It is translating something it shouldn't on at least the date range.

I tried the same summaries in Prepare > Data Reshape > Column Summaries and that worked fine. So it must be the date range, because that is an extra component of the climatic summaries.

Aha, I can see the problem in the dialog:

It is translating the date, doy, and also the doy in the date limits.

And there are solutions in the current version. When I switch temporarily back to English in the dialog, then it runs ok! Also, when I press Reset in Russian, then it seems ok. (That's a relief if we miss a dialog or two here, and so they croip up in the course.)

I am not sure whether this problem is language specific. I didn't seem to get it the same in Portuguese, but I did in Swahili.

I'm looking for more dialogs with problems! I have now listed them below. It is essentially (occasionally) the same controls in some (but not all) of the climatic dialogs, where we fill the dialog with names automatically.

I am getting the hang of this I think:

This is the Climatic > Check Data > Inventory. I think it is just the Date field (top right in the dialog) that is being translated and shouldn't be.

By the way, there is another bug, when running this dialog, but I am ignoring that for now, because I am "on a roll" looking for this translation problem in multiple dialogs. (And the other bug is annoying, but the result still appears.)

The Climatic > Make Date is another with the same problem - and on all 3 settings of the radio buttons at the top:

This dialog also has the extra slight problem that the width of the Add control means that some of the controls have been clipped.

In the climatic > Prepare - after the Summary described above, the Start, End and Length seem ok. But the Spells has problems:
