SRE-4424 Adding Rocky 8 Support

Updating compatilibity. Tested successfully on Rocky 8

Updated to support Puppet 6.x

The module has been tested with Puppet 6 and works correctly still. The original module is no longer maintained so we will need to support it ourselves going forward.
For now I've updated the metadata to enable support for Puppet 6.x.
