Describe the bug
Hiding metrics without issue does not hide metric with deleted issues.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Create an issue for a metric.
  2. Delete the issue.
  3. Hide metrics without issues.
  4. Note that the metric is still shown.

Expected behaviour
Metrics with deleted issues should be hidden when hiding metrics without issues.

Your environment (please complete the following information):

  • Quality-time version 5.12.0.

Hiding metrics without issues would not hide metrics with deleted issues.
