https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/release-notes/6.0-upgrade-standalone/

Since we're releasing a major version of Quality-time soon, we may as well upgrade Mongo to 6.0. We currently use mongo:5.0.18 and we have the feature compatibility flag set to 5.0. Pymongo is compatible with Mongo 6.0. This means we should be able to upgrade to 6.0.6 immediately.

Tasks:

  • Update the database Dockerfile.
  • Update the open shift example
  • Add note to changelog
