Add optional source column to metric trend table view

When a subject has multiple metrics with similar names but different sources, it's hard to see which metric is which in the trend table view. A work-around is to add the source to the metric name manually, but it would be nice to have a source column in the trend table view, as second column, that can be hidden if so desired.
