Removes [scss-tokenizer](https://github.com/sasstools/scss-tokenizer). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [gatsby-theme-carbon](https://github.com/carbon-design-system/gatsby-theme-carbon). These dependencies need to be updated together.
