Per #8, this pull will contain the new design. Opening early for discussion/review.

Shipping to get this out the door. For comments/feedback, feel free to leave notes here, or open a new issue.

Some notes:

• I left the blog off the nav for now, will address blog styling and surfacing it in a later pull (Add blog #9)
• Still needs more mobile styling; will address in later pull (Mobile fixes #11)
• Several items in the nav just link elsewhere for now (e.g. docs & why hospitalrun); those things should live on this site eventually
• Demo page still needs some design cleanup too, but will address in a later pull (Demo page design cleanup #12)
• Need a features page (features page #6)
