For the record, this document doesn't qualify as a persona description. No one thinks that. It's simply a placeholder for the personas that we hope to develop for the project long-term as a way of helping contributors who don't necessarily get a chance to feel the problem to still "wrap their heads" around a few of the issues facing a developing world health care practitioner.
