Improvements done to CONTRIBUTING.md (#787)

Minor punctuation & capitalization changes that work towards consistency. Some typos fixed, added relative links for referenced files. There's a bit of a content change in the Ember section, to link to the general guides page and move the Ember homepage to the first mention of the name.
